LAW219 – Business Organization 1 (PAT) (Pre-Law119)
A course combining the laws of Partnership, Agency and Trusts. Cases, recitations and lectures: 3 hours a week - 3 units
LAW220 – Credit Transactions (Pre-Law119)
The law governing loans and deposits, including mortgages, pledge, antichresis, guaranty, sureties and other securities or collaterals. Cases, recitations and lectures: 3 hours a week - 3 units
LAW221 – Labor Standards
An investigation into the minimum labor standards, working conditions and employment benefits, including statutes and decrees on labor standards. Cases, recitations and lectures: 3 hours a week - 3 units
LAW222 – Administrative Law (Pre-Law114, Law115)
The development and application of principles and doctrines governing administrative agencies with rule-making and adjudicative functions, including the Law on Public Officers. Cases, recitations and lectures: 2 hours a week - 2 units

The general principles and basic regulations governing common carriers (land, sea, air). Cases, recitations and lectures: 2 hours a week - 2 units

An overview of the legal principles governing international relations based, among others, on the United Nations Charter and the decisions of international tribunals. Cases, recitations and lectures: 2 hours a week - 2 units
