When a rosary is blessed, it becomes a sacramental—a sacred object set apart for God’s service and a sign of the Church’s prayer and blessing. Through this simple yet meaningful rite, we are reminded that every Hail Mary we pray is united with the prayers of the Blessed Virgin Mary and the entire Church.

Honoring a Hero. Inspiring a New Generation. 🇵🇭
The San Beda College Alabang community gathered this morning at the Batang Rizal Monument to commemorate the 165th Birth Anniversary of Dr. Jose Rizal through a wreath-laying ceremony organized by the Museum and Archives under the Institutional Advancement Division.
Led by Rev. Fr. Gerardo Ma. De Villa, OSB, Rector-President, the ceremony brought together members of the Bedan community in paying tribute to the life and legacy of our national hero through prayer, reflection, and cultural performances.
More than a remembrance of the past, the celebration served as a reminder of Rizal’s enduring message of patriotism, education, and service. As Bedans, may we continue to embody these ideals and contribute to building a better nation through our actions and commitment to excellence.
