The Principal of the High School Department is aided by different committees or bodies composed for specific purposes. These committees or councils implement and help ensure the just and fair application of the policies, rules, regulations and guidelines of the department.

Principal's Council: It serves as a consultative body for matters that need not be brought to the Administrator's Council. It is composed of the Principal, Vice Principal, the two prefects and the HS Guidance Head.

Administrator's Council: Composed of all High School Administrators, including the Guidance Head, Librarian and IMC Head. Its functions are to plan and implement the High School Program, routinary and special programs and activities in the department.

Board of Discipline: This board is composed of administrators, a faculty representative, a parent representative and a student representative. It reviews and decides on all disciplinary cases of the students that merit dismissal and/or expulsion which are brought to its attention and on other cases which the principal may deem necessary to consult. The decision of the board in such cases is final.

Board of Admission and Readmission: This board is headed by the Principal and composed of school teachers and administrators appointed by him. The members formulate and implement policies and procedures for the admission, promotion and re-admission of students.

Committee on Awards and Scholarships: Composed of administrators and faculty members whose function is to formulate and implement guidelines for determining honors, awards and scholarships to deserving students.
