- Satisfactory completion
of all academic and other requirements prescribed by the school.
- The following
categories automatically disqualify a student from receiving any
award and/or from participating in the Commencement Exercises:
- a graduating student
who obtains a conduct grade below 75% in any of the four quarters
of the fourth year.
- a graduating student
who fails in one or more subjects.
- a graduating student
who lacks units or subjects required for graduation by the
San Beda College Alabang curriculum.
- a graduating student
who commits an offense meriting the penalty of non-participation
in the Commencement Exercise
NOTE: A student who
completes requirements for graduation during summer is given the
diploma upon presentation of records to such effect.
- Attendance at the
rehearsal sessions for the Baccalaureate Mass and Commencement
Exercises.
- A graduating student
who does not come to the rehearsals in complete uniform will not
be allowed to participate for the day's rehearsal and will incur
an offense of unexcused absence.
- A graduating student
shall be allowed a maximum of 2 unexcused absences. Exceeding
this allowable number of absences shall automatically ban the
student from participating in the Commencement Exercises.
- Honors, awards and/or
diplomas may be withheld unless excuse or a leave of absence is
previously submitted to the Principal for inability to attend.
