The parents and/or guardians are encouraged to confer with the school authorities at their own volition or whenever calls for conference are issued to them. This is to enhance the harmonious working relationship between the school and home for the welfare of the student.
  2. The rules and regulations of SBCA High School are intended to enhance the life in school of the Bedan as he/she relates and interacts with the members of the school community.
  3. The enrolment of a student in SBCA High School is taken as an expressed willingness of his/her part, and consequently of his/ her parents and/or guardians, to abide by all rules and regulations of the school. Thus, the student and his/her parents and/or guardians are committed to the strict observance of the same.
  4. The SBCA High School reserves the right to admit, readmit, refuse admission or dismiss a student on the basis of his/her academic and/or conduct performance and attendance.

Its role "in loco parentis" is the exercise of substitute parental authority over students in school and school-related activities (Civil Code, Art. 39).
  6. Students, either as individuals or as a group, must not use the name and seal of the school without official authorization.
