AUXILIARY SERVICES
Registrar's Office
The Registrar's
Office facilitates the enrolment procedure of the school. It also takes
care of all official records/documents of the school and pupils.
Accounting Office
The Accounting Office manages the financial matters of the school. It
likewise handles the payment of tuition fees and other financial
obligations of the pupils and other school personnel.
Guidance Center
The
Guidance Center assists the school in fulfilling its commitment towards
providing for the total development of pupils through the following
services:
- Counseling. Group and
individual counseling sessions are conducted to assist pupils in
working out plans for solving certain difficulties.
- Consultation. Counselor
and parent conferences are held in order to exchange views on the
best way to work cooperatively toward helping the child.
- Information Service.
Seminars, case conferences, orientation programs and dissemination
of test result are periodically conducted to ensure smooth,
effective and collaborative effort between teachers, parents and
the counselors. Articulation of concerns and ideas among
significant adults in the child's life are entertained and
considered, thereby maximizing assistance rendered to each pupil.
- Play Therapy and Art
Therapy. This is offered to children who may have the need for
more frequent and less structured encounters. They are given the
chance to uniquely express themselves as the counselor helps them
thresh out their difficulties.
- Routine Interview.
Annual interviews with pupils are conducted. These help in
establishing rapport between counselors and pupils. These sessions
also serve as springboard for future counseling.
- Guidance Class. The
Level Counselor meets pupils twice a month in the class. They are
provided with process - oriented activities that will facilitate
the emotional growth of pupils and help them acquire effective
social skills.
Individual Inventory. A cumulative record containing pertinent
information about each child is kept and regularly updated by
their respective Level Counselors.
- Testing. Tests are
administered to obtain information on each child's ability,
aptitude, and personality traits. Test results provide a profile
of pupils' needs, thereby allowing greater opportunity for
significant assistance and help. Diagnostic tests on five major
subject areas are administered from Levels3-14 using the CEM
diagnostic tests.
- Research. The Center
conducts surveys and evaluates its program regularly. Data
gathered are utilized in making developmental plans for the individual
learner and in improving the school's instructional system.

Library
The
library provides the pupils and school personnel a wide selection of
books, magazines, newspapers, and other printed materials. Some of its major
features necessary for providing effective library services includes
Internet facility, CD ROM Databases, Automated Circulation, On-line catalog
and Library Web Page. It is open
Monday through Friday from 7:00 a.m. to 4:30
p.m.
and on Saturday from 8:00 a.m. to 12:00
noon
Everyone is expected to follow the rules and regulations that are
contained in the Library Handbook. Among the important rules are the
following:
- Only pupils with
Barcoded School ID are allowed to borrow books.
- Borrowed materials are
to be returned on time and in good condition.
- Pupils are charged with
minimal amount per day for overdue books.
- Borrowed materials that
are damaged or lost are either paid for or replaced by the
borrower.
Instructional Media Studies
The
Instructional Media Center (IMC) houses a collection of audio- visual
materials and equipment that help make classroom activities
interesting. Pupils can avail of the services offered by the center
with the authorization and supervision of teachers and/or
administrators.

Clinic
A
doctor or a nurse is always on duty on regular school days from 7:00
a.m.
to 5:30 p.m. and from 8:00 a.m. to 12:00 noon on Saturdays to provide
first aid and routine medication for common ailments. Whenever bed rest
and/or further medical treatment is needed, the staff recommends to the
Prefect of Students the issuance of Gate Pass to the pupil concerned so
that he/she may be allowed to go home. A medical certificate is required from the attending
physician of a student who has been absent for more than 3 days due to illness to be submitted
to the clinic. Medical clearance will be issued by the school physician for the student
to be allowed to returns to class.
Cafeteria
The
school cafeteria serves snacks and lunch Monday through Saturday. For
security reason, pupils are required to eat lunch in school. Those who
bring their own food may eat in the cafeteria. Everybody is expected to
observe good table manners, practice courtesy in dealing with the
canteen personnel, and help keep the cafeteria clean and orderly.
Bookstore
School supplies, books, and
uniforms may be purchased from the bookstore. it is open from 7:00
a.m. - 4:00 p.m. on regular school days and from 8:00
a.m.
- 12:00 noon on Saturdays.
