How to Apply?
International Applicants
San Beda College Alabang welcomes international or foreign students who wish to pursue their studies in a Catholic Benedictine learning environment. All applicants are required to undergo the admission screening process to determine eligibility for enrollment.
General Admissions Policy
- All international applicants must complete the admission screening process conducted by the Board of Admissions.
- Complete requirements must be submitted upon application.
- Applications are evaluated based on the following:
- Academic grades and deportment (no failing grades; deportment grade of at least B or its numerical equivalent)
- Admission test results
- Student Academic and Discipline Appraisal (SADA), if previously enrolled in a Philippine school
- Interview performance, if applicable
- Admission to the appropriate grade or year level is based on the Transcript of Records.
- Admission is processed on a first-come, first-served basis.
Eligibility for Application
- Nursery: Minimum age of 4 years old by September 31 of the academic year applied for
- Kinder: Minimum age of 5 years old by September 31 of the academic year applied for
- Grade 1: Must be a Kindergarten completer or expected to complete Kindergarten by the end of the academic year
- Applicants promoted or expected to complete their current level may apply for the next grade/year level
Application Procedures
International Students
Step 1: Online Registration
Register through the Online Application Portal:

A temporary account, password, and application link will be sent to your registered email.
Step 2. Complete the Online Application Form
Log in using your temporary account and fill out all required information.
Prepare and upload the following documents in the application form.
Please rename files using this format (no spaces or special characters):

Required Uploads
a. Copy of Passport with latest VISA stamp
b. Authenticated Documents (with English translation and Apostille / Red Ribbon / Consularization):
- Certificate of Year Level Completed and Graduation Certificate (with school dry seal)
- Transcript of Records (complete academic history with numerical equivalence and school dry seal)
- Birth Certificate / Certificate of Household Registry
- Catholic Baptismal Certificate
- Non-Catholic applicants must submit the Agreement for Non-Catholics form (downloadable)
c. If previously enrolled in a Philippine school:
- Copy of ACR
- Copy of Study Permit / Student Visa
d. If previously enrolled in Elementary or Secondary Philippine schools:
- SBCA Student Academic and Discipline Appraisal (SADA) Form (downloadable)
- Certified true copy of current report card
- Certificate of Good Moral Character
e. If previously enrolled in a Tertiary Philippine school:
- SBCA Student Academic and Discipline Appraisal (SADA) Form (downloadable)
- Certified true copy of grades
- Description of all subjects completed
- Certificate of Good Moral Character
Note: Once admitted, Transfer Credentials or Honorable Dismissal will be required for enrollment.

Step 3. Wait for Application Feedback
Expect an email from the Admissions Office regarding your application status and next steps.
Please check both your inbox and spam folder.
Step 4. Pay the Confirmation Fee
Pay the non-refundable confirmation fee of USD 50.00.
- For online payments: Upload proof of payment to the Finance Division’s Online Payment Form:

For onsite payments: Present the Official Receipt to the Admissions Office.

Tip: Ensure all documents are complete and correct to avoid delays during enrollment.
Important Notes
- All endorsed applicants must submit original documents to the Registrar’s Office.
- Applicant names must be consistent across all documents. An affidavit is required for discrepancies.
- San Beda College Alabang reserves the right to decline applicants who do not meet admission criteria.
- Applicants are responsible for the authenticity and accuracy of submitted documents.
- Admission fee and entrance examination are waived for applicants from Benedictine Schools.
- Additional documents may be required on a case-to-case basis.
- Failure to submit required documents may result in forfeiture of application or non-registration.
- A non-refundable one-time Foreign Non-Resident Fee of USD 1,500 is required for all new foreign students upon enrollment, in accordance with Section 82 of MORPHE.
- Only the annual mode of payment is accepted for foreign students.
- Enrollment schedules and guidelines will be posted on the SBCA website and official social media pages and emailed to qualified applicants.
