The school’s administrators, faculty and staff went on a summer outing
last April 13 at the Darasa Fiesta Resort in Tanauan Batangas. Several
buses ferried most of the employees from the school campus to the
resort, leaving the campus around 7:00 AM and arriving at the resort by
9:00 AM, where fun and games awaited the employees.
An advance
party, composed of the members of the organizing committee was at the
resort to set up the place for the games that they have prepared and to
welcome the employees as they arrive. The morning was spent on
fun-filled games such as the sack-race, tag-of-war and balloon bursting
competition, where cash prizes were given to the winners.
Many
employees spent the afternoon swimming in the pool, while others used
the sound system and the videoke to show their musical talents or lack
of it. Some played volleyball, some shot the basketball and others just
stayed in the shed, contented with eating and drinking and enjoying each
other’s company. By 4:00 o’ clock in the afternoon, the group was campus
bound. |
